About the Trainer
Ernie Rayner - Training Consultant
Ernie has worked in the sales environment since October 1973. A career as salesman and sales manager with GKN Distributors  in the highly competitive fasteners market gave him excellent training. In 1980 he moved to Technical Indexes Ltd as Area Sales Manager and following 4 successful years he was promoted to Training Manager from November 1984 until 21st December 2000. He has trained many hundreds of people and unlike many others who claim 000's he has done much of this training in small groups over a protracted period of time. He has been on field accompaniment with salespeople, worked with their Managers and even helped recruit them. A trained Psychometric system trained interpreter for many years Ernie  knows and understands what makes a good salesperson. Following his  successful career in Sales, Management and Customer Care you'll find his energy and enthusiasm for the job commendable and his desire to help like minded people quite genuine. His own unique brand of humour makes any training session memorable! Ernie is available to work with your company as a freelance trainer conducting various one day or half day workshops.

Karen Gillam - (Dress Code UK Ltd) - Consultant
We all recognize the value of a good Corporate Identity but how often do we gain business without meeting face to face. In an increasingly competitive society the way we look, sound and behave can influence our business opportunities.  It is a fact of life that when we meet other people they will make judgements about us. Karen is a personal stylist who, in addition to offering personal image and dress advise, also  conducts training sessions in body language.
